St. Paul’s University (SPU) St. Paul’s University (SPU) is a Christian ecumenical university accredited by the Commission for University Education whose mission is to develop servant leaders by imparting knowledge, skills and values through creative methods of education, research and Christian spiritual formation, for global fields of service. SPU has a current enrollment of 4,865 students in the three campuses in Limuru, Nairobi and Nakuru, and comprises five schools: the School of Theology which celebrates 121 years of training Christian leaders who have participated in the spiritual and political life of the country; and then with the university charter received in 2012, the School of Education and Social Science which has a remarkable record of training teachers of integrity for the Public Service Commission; School of Business and Leadership Studies; School of Communication and Computer Studies; and School of Health Sciences. With a commitment to community engagement, the SPU Health Services was established to address Health care needs for the Kabuku area in Limuru sub-county, which is located in Kiambu county. SPU has a state of the art Virtual Learning Campus, revealing its commitment to open science and digitization within higher education.
